Where is WESAAL from?من وين وصال؟

WESAAL began in Hatta, UAE. Each formula was developed by the founder through years of hands-on testing, and every bottle is now produced by a factory partner chosen to keep that exact standard, bottle after bottle.

وصال بدت في حتّا، الإمارات. كل تركيبة اشتغل عليها المؤسس بنفسه سنين من التجربة، واليوم كل قنينة تُصنع عند شريك تصنيع تم اختياره عشان يحافظ على نفس المعيار، قنينة ورا قنينة.

Which WESAAL perfumes are unisex?أي عطور وصال للجنسين؟

VERTIGO (bergamot, cardamom, amber) and VALOUR (green tea, oakmoss, ambroxan) are unisex. VORTEX is feminine and VELVET is masculine, but if a scent works with your skin, it works.

فيرتيجو (برغموت، هيل، عنبر) وفالور (شاي أخضر، طحلب البلوط، أمبروكسان) للجنسين. فورتكس نسائي وفيلفت رجالي، بس إذا العطر ناسب بشرتك، فهو لك.

Which one should I choose as a gift?أي عطر أختار كهدية؟

VERTIGO is the safest choice if you're not sure what the person usually wears. VORTEX suits someone soft-spoken and confident, VELVET someone who leans toward oud, and VALOUR someone who avoids anything heavy or sweet.

فيرتيجو أضمن خيار إذا مو متأكد شو يلبس الشخص عادةً. فورتكس يناسب الشخصية الهادية الواثقة، فيلفت لعشّاق العود، وفالور للي ما يحب العطور الثقيلة أو الحلوة.

How long do the fragrances last?كم يثبت العطر؟

All four are eau de parfum concentration, made to carry through a full day. Two to three sprays on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) on moisturized skin gives the best wear.

العطور الأربعة تركيز أو دي بارفان، ومصمّمة تكمّل معك اليوم كله. رشّتين أو ثلاث على نقاط النبض (المعصم، الرقبة، ورا الإذن) على بشرة مرطّبة تعطيك أفضل ثبات.

Can I try them before buying a full bottle?أقدر أجرّب قبل لا أشتري القنينة الكاملة؟

Yes. The Discovery Set includes all four fragrances in 3ml sprays, so you can wear each one for a full day before choosing.

أكيد. طقم الاكتشاف فيه العطور الأربعة، 3 مل لكل عطر، عشان تجرّب كل واحد يوم كامل قبل لا تختار.

Do you deliver across the UAE? How long does it take?توصلون لكل الإمارات؟ وكم ياخذ التوصيل؟

We currently ship within the UAE only, for a flat 19 AED per order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 2–4 business days, with tracking updates on WhatsApp.

حالياً نوصّل داخل الإمارات بس، برسوم ثابتة 19 درهم للطلب. نجهّز الطلب خلال يوم إلى يومين عمل، ويوصلك عادةً خلال 2–4 أيام عمل، مع تحديثات التتبع على الواتساب.

What if my order arrives damaged?وإذا وصلني الطلب متضرر؟

Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How should I store perfume in UAE heat?كيف أحفظ العطر في حر الإمارات؟

Keep it in a drawer or closet, away from sunlight and out of the bathroom. Never leave it in the car. Keeping the bottle in its box adds extra protection.

خلّه في درج أو كبت، بعيد عن الشمس وبرا الحمّام. لا تخليه في السيارة أبد. وإذا حفظت القنينة في علبتها يكون أحسن.
